• 1. The “CAPTURE YOUR FOREVER CONTEST” herein after referred as “Contest” is being organized by “Vivo India - Tamil Nadu” which is official authorized Facebook page of M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd, having registered office at 156 & 157, Mahalakshmi building, Valluvarkottam high road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600034 Herein after referred as “Organizer”,
• 2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
• Customers who Pre book and purchase V50 Series from 24th Febraury’25 to 10th March’25 will be eligible to participate in this contest, and
• Basis eligibility for customers should be an Indian citizen and residing in Tamil Nadu and should be above the age of 18 years old
• Customers need to “LIKE” & “FOLLOW” – VIVO INDIA TAMILNADU – Instagram & Facebook pages.
• Customers should purchase only in the Vivo-authorized retail outlet (No online purchase will be considered)
• Customers should be from Tamil Nadu and should hold ID Proof of TN. Such Customer are also referred to as “Participants / contestants” in this T & C.
• 3. The above contest is being conducted only through the Official Facebook Page of M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.,
• 4. This contest is valid for a Limited period only commencing from 24th February 2025 TO 10th March 2025.
• 5. This Contest theme and slogan is “Capture Your Forever”.
• 6. The customers after the purchase of the V50 series model Vivo mobile phone within the above-mentioned time frame, shall participate in the “SPIN THE WHEEL” by providing basic inputs about the customers as mentioned below
• Customer Name
• Branch Name
• Mobile Number
• IMEI Number
• Postal code etc.
• 7. Customers are requested to provide name proof and address proof Id’s to the branch in charge, and only after verification, and the Genuity of the identification proof are checked and found correct, the customers will be declared as winners in the contest.
• 8. In this contest, totally 10 Photo shoot is been declared as “prize” for the 10 winners / customers who will be selected randomly by the Organizer, for the Photo shoot and the same will be informed to the customer / winners well in advance. Once after verifying the winner, Organizer will be contacting the winner to check their available dates for the shoot. The winners are allowed to invite any 2 friends/family members for the shoot. The costume and makeover for the shoot will be taken care by the Organizer’s HO team. The winners agrees that he/she will be there on time for the shoot and agrees and give their irrevocable consent, cooperation with the photographer for the said photo shoot. Testimonial bytes will be shot to once after completing the shoot, the winners have to post the wedding portrait pictures taken in V50 Series on their social media platforms with the given Hashtags.
• 9. Organizer, reserves its right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants (including participant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant/ contestant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry / eligibility process.
• 10. All entries submitted to the contest are subject to review and vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to reject and disqualify inappropriate entries that are not in accordance with this terms and conditions.
• 11. Organizer will select the winner randomly based on their entry received from the contestants, and the Winner selection process would be finally decided by Organizer .
• 12. The Prize are as stated, and are not transferable to other individuals and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• 13. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• 14. Participation in the contest shall be deemed sufficient approval of the contestant’s agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned hereof. By participating in this contest, contestants give their respective implied consent that they agree that their name and photo shoot videos may appear in any advertisements / promotions of vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s Fangs technology Pvt Ltd.)
• 15. No fees or other sums are to be paid to the contestants on account of taking part in the afore-mentioned contest. The contestants have relinquished all their rights and claims with regard to uploaded pictures and name which is being used by the vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s Fangs Technology Pvt Ltd). The contestant agrees and provides consent to the Organizer for the use of any personal data as provided by the contestant for the purpose of participation in this Contest in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable laws, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by the Organizer for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Contest, including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Contest.
• 16. It is implied consent on the part of the contestants that they have agreed to put up their comment on Facebook. Vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) shall not be held responsible or liable whatsoever for any comments/remarks put on the page/ site by the public.
• 17. Contestant agrees that organizer shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize whatsoever.
• 18. Vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) reserves all the rights to change the prizes / gratification for the winners of the contest. In case of any changes, winners may / may not be informed.
• 19. The provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872 and any other relevant laws in force will attract for this agreement and all disputes arising out of the same shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai courts only.
• 20. Vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) also reserves the right to amend/modify, update, change, add, withdraw or dismiss the terms and conditions of this Contest, with or without contestants explicit approval and with or without any intimation.
• 21. At its sole discretion, the vivo India Tamil Nadu (Fangs Technology Pvt Ltd.) reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Contest with or without giving any prior information to the contestants.
• 22. The vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right at its sole decision to disqualify any contestant or winner who has breached any of these terms and conditions set forth herein.
• 23. Vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.,) reserves the right to reject any contestant ’s entry on any grounds without the need to notify the contestant’s rejection for any reasons.
• 24. This Contest is for entertainment & promotional purposes only. Contestant who are participating in the contest is purely voluntary.
• 25. The decision of the vivo India Tamil Nadu (M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd.) regarding the Contest shall be final, binding and non-challengeable.
• 26. By entering this Contest, the Contestant agrees to indemnify and keep the Organizer and its affiliates, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives indemnified and harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by the Organizer due to or in any way arising from this Contest.
• 27. The Contestant agrees to discharge and release the Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this contest or to the Contestant’s entry in the contest.

I, hereby grant permission to Vivo India Tamil Nadu (Fangs Technology Pvt, Ltd.), its affiliates & and agents, to use my image for appreciation in its publications, advertising, or other media activities (including the internet, broadcast, and print & social media).

I am really happy to be a vivo customer, & shared my photos/pictures for appreciation & and promotion purposes, I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my photo/ image by Vivo India Tamil Nadu (Fangs Technology Pvt, Ltd.),.

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

a. Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice, image, and feedback.

b. Permission to use my name including other disclosed details; and

c. Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the films, photographs, tapes, or reproductions of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, in magazines and other print & social media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the internet).

d. Irrevocably agree that I will not claim any proprietary rights, title, interest, and royalty over my image, recorded video, and or any interview statements, or feedback in any manner whatsoever.

e. I do not expect any monetary benefits, compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of these photographs/videography whatsoever.

I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this consent/release form before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release. I give my consent on a voluntary basis and of my own will.
