• 1. This “ELITE CONSUMER CONTEST” hereinafter referred to as “Contest” is being organized by M/s, Fangs Technology Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”) and while participating in the Contest, the participant (“You”/ “Participant”) hereby agree to be governed by the below-mentioned terms and conditions.
• 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Participant should be an Indian citizen residing in Tamil Nadu and should be above the age of 18 yearseligible in this Contest, the Participant needs to pre – book and subsequently purchase the vivo X200 FE smart phone from the Organizer’s authorized retail Stores Only.
• 3. Contest Period: This Contest is valid for a limited period only commencing from 15th July 2025 to 15th August 2025 (Both dates included).
• 4. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, the Participant must fulfil the below mentioned criteria. The Participant must pre – book and purchase the vivo X200FE between the Contest Period starting from 15th July’ 2025 to 22nd July’ 2025 (both dates inclusive). Upon pre- booking, the Participant can purchase the vivo X200 FE smart phone 23rd July’ 2025 to 15th August’ 2025 (both dates inclusive).
• 5. The participation in the Contest shall be deemed sufficient approval of the Participants agreement to the terms and conditions mentioned hereof. By participating in this Contest, the Participants hereby agree to voluntarily give their explicit consent to allow the Organizer to use Participant’s name and photo may appear in any advertisements/promotions of the Organizer in relation to this Contest.
• 6. Contest Procedure: Once the Participant has pre-booked and purchased the vivo X200 FE smartphone during the Contest Period, the Participant will be guided by the Store Representative present in the Organiser authorised retail Stores to scan the QR Code present in the POSM, or the Store Representative can show the QR Code from his/her mobile to the Participant. Upon pre- booking at the Organiser authorised retail Stores, the vivo X200 FE, the Participant need to scan the QR code and complete the following steps:
• Enter their Name
• Phone Number
• Postal Code
• 7. On submission of the above details by the Participant, the Participant is required to read and accept the terms and conditions that show up, and select the check box (I agree to the Terms & Conditions) and click on the submit button. Upon submission, a scratch card with a unique pre-booking code will be generated. After purchasing the phone, the Participant need to scan the QR code again and enter the pre-booking code. Only then the Participant will be eligible to participate in the Contest to spin the wheel, and stand a chance to win exciting prizes.
• 8. A total of 231 Winners will be announced by the Organizer at their sole discretion. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.
• 9. The Winner’s personal number will be verified by the Organizer’s team, and the authorised representative of Organizer, will verify the IMEI number of vivoX200FE smartphone purchased by the Participant against s the entries data provided. The Winner will be required to share the proof along with a picture/scanned copy of their self -attested address proof and Id Proof issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
• 10. Upon verification of details by the Organizer including but not limited to address verification, invoice details, IMEI number of vivo X200 FE smartphone , the 231 Lucky Winners will stand a chance to various Home Appliances as detailed in TABLE A below.

• 11. Participants not chosen as Winner will stand a chance to get other exciting Gifts at the discretion of Organizer for participating in this Contest.
• 12. The Gratification are not transferable to other individuals and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• 13. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Gratification is the sole responsibility of the Winner. (Gift tax)
• 14. Upon being declared as a Winner in the Contest, the Participants hereby wilfully consent that the Organizer may use Your personal information to contact them for gratification purposes and other marketing purposes in relation to this Contest.
• Once the Winner is selected through the Contest, the Winners will be informed via call to collect the Gratification within three [3] working days from the date of the Winner announcement in the same Store where they purchased the vivo smart phone.
• 15. Any participants who don’t have valid proof of the IMEI number and their purchase verification will not be eligible to claim the Gratification from the Organizer.
• 16. If the Winner fails to collect the Gratification within 3 (three) days from the date of intimation then the Winner cannot claim the Gratification and the gift will be forfeited by the Organizer with or without prior information.
• 17. Participant acknowledges that no fees or any other sums will be/are to be paid to the Participants on account of taking part in this Contest.

General Terms & Conditions of the Contest:

• 1. Participants should be a resident of Tamil Nadu state and must present government issued Id proof at the time of distribution of gratification.
• 2. Participant(s) hereby explicitly consent and allow Organizer to collect your primary data/information including but not limited to, name, age, contact number, address, sex, etc. (“Personal Information”) as may be necessary for the purpose of this Contest and shall ensure to keep such Personal Information confidential. Organizer shall not share the Personal Information collected with any third party, save and except for the purpose of the present Contest. The Personal Information so collected shall be processed only for the purpose of the Contest.
• 3. Participant agrees that the Organizer shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize/gratification whatsoever.
• 4. Organizers reserves all the rights to change the gratification of equivalent value for the Winners. In case of any changes in the Gratification, it would be notified through official announcement by Organizer. .
• 5. Organizers can, at its discretion, may disqualify any participating contestant in case the Participant is not abiding by the rules of the Contest.
• 6. This Contest is for Marketing & and promotional purposes only. The Participant who is participating affirms and agree to be participating in the Contest is purely voluntarily.
• 7. Participants affirms and acknowledges to not to publish any post, video that is protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner. Any defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful, or unfit according to Organizer will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
• 8. The Organizer also reserves the right to amend/modify, update, change, add, withdraw, or dismiss the terms and conditions of this Contest, with or without any intimation.
• 9. The Gratification given is non-returnable. In event of any issue with the quality, Color/size / make / model issues, the Participant shall directly contact the concerned customer care team of the respective Brand regarding any product issue /concern/ queries, and at no point, in time the Organizer be held liable for such issues arising out of the products that were gifted to the Winners of the Contest. Organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any repair/replacement of the prize/gift whatsoever that was given to the Winners of the Contest.
• 10. By entering this Contest, the Participants agrees to indemnify and keep the Organizer and its affiliates, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents, and representatives indemnified and harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by the Organizer on account of default, commission or omissions while participating in the Contest.
• 11. The Participants’ agrees to discharge and release the Organizer from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Contest or to the Participant’s entry in the contest.
• 12. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Chennai.

I am really happy to be a vivo customer, & shared my photos/pictures for appreciation & and promotion purposes, I hereby waive my right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my photo/ image by Vivo India Tamil Nadu (Fangs Technology Pvt, Ltd.),.

This consent includes, but is not limited to:

a. Permission to interview, film, photograph, tape, or otherwise make a video reproduction of me and/or record my voice, image, and feedback.

b. Permission to use my name including other disclosed details; and

c. Permission to use quotes from the interview(s) (or excerpts of such quotes), the films, photographs, tapes, or reproductions of me, and/or recording of my voice, in part or in whole, in its publications, in newspapers, in magazines and other print & social media, on television, radio and electronic media (including the internet).

d. Irrevocably agree that I will not claim any proprietary rights, title, interest, and royalty over my image, recorded video, and or any interview statements, or feedback in any manner whatsoever.

e. I do not expect any monetary benefits, compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of these photographs/videography whatsoever.
